We’ll also discuss the size of the fireplace you want, finishing options for the exterior, seating walls, hearth, and any other important factors. Construction Phase
During the construction phase, several steps are taken to ensure a successful project outcome. We’ll furnish you with information for your HOA submittal and coordinate with utility locators. If a new gas and electrical line is needed to power the new fireplace, our licensed professionals will install them. Then, our craftsmen will begin construction by pouring a concrete footing to support the structure. The fireplace is then constructed out of solid masonry, though pre-cast concrete kits are also available. The final touches include adding the veneer of your choice, special stone accents, and a stone chimney cap.
